RULES

[MONTANA]

GENERAL

• RESPECT The number one rule here at NPLH is to show respect to your fellow members, guests, and the staff. Treat everyone how you'd like to be treated and we should all get along just fine!
• PG13 As required by the Proboards ToS, all content on NPLH must not exceed a PG13 rating. No excessive gore or swearing. No explicit sexual scenes. Fade to black is your friend. You must be at least 13 to join NPLH.
• ACTIVITY We understand everyone has a life outside of the site, but we don't think it's unreasonable to ask that you try and make at least one in character post a week. We also ask that you're logging in at least a couple times a week. If we notice that activity is lagging a lot without any notice from members, we'll do an activity check so we can open back up claims and keep things organized. These activity checks will be fairly few and far between. Upon registering you have one week to post and application, if an application is not posted by the end of the week your account will be deleted.

JOINING

• ACCOUNTS One account per character please. Your display name should be your character's full name in all caps. Your username may be what ever you wish as long as it's appropriate.
• NO CHARACTER LIMIT You may have as many characters as you'd like, provided you can keep them all active.
• APPLICATION Please use one of the applications provided and fill it out completely.
• CHARACTER AGES No characters under the age of 13. If you have a character who has a young child they'll have to be an NPC character.
• PLAY BYS No play bys under the age of 13. Play bys should be actual celebs. Models, actors, actresses, and singers are acceptable. Tumblr famous, etc. people are not.
• REALISM Not all character are going to have a horribly tragic back story. A 20 year old isn't going to be working as a doctor. Just keep in mind that although these characters are based on animated characters, they need to be a realistic modern representation of them.

ROLEPLAYING

• WORD COUNT We ask that all in character posts have a minimum of 150 words. That's not too much to ask, and is mainly just to prevent one liners and such.
• LITERACY NPLH is a literate site. We ask that you refrain from chat speak in posts and use correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. We understand that everyone has a few minor slip ups, but if they are often and obvious that is not acceptable.
• POWERPLAYING ETC. We have zero tolerance for powerplaing, godmodding, etc.
• POST ORDER In thread with three or more characters a post order should be followed. This is just to ensure no one gets left behind.

IMAGES

• PG13 All images on the site should be appropriate. No gore or nudity.
• AVATARS Your main avatar should be 150 x 150 in size. The secondary avatar is to be 200 x 350 in size. You can find the place to put your image link for this avatar in the personal settings. It is title '200x350 Avatar'. We ask that your 200 x 350 avatar depict your play by, and your other avatar your animated spirit.
• SIGNATURES Nothing wider than 600px please, and no taller than 500px. Basically just make sure it doesn't stretch the board.

CHAT BOX

• GENERAL All general site rules also apply in the chat box.
• NO ADVERTISING Ads do not belong in the chat box.
• NO FLAMING, SPAMMING, FLOODING, ETC. The chat box is a privilege, please do not abuse it.
