It's very difficult for Vivian to make friends, so if she ever did manage get any they would have to be able to put up with her mood swings and sarcastic attitude. As a matter of fact they would also have to be able to counteract Vivian's personality so that they can actually become friends with her in the first place. Why? because, firstly if they didn't approach Vivian first then they never would have even met each other. Secondly they'd have to be really determined otherwise she would just push them away. Lastly whoever wants to get to know her would have to brake down a lot of walls to get to the real Vivian.
Now relationships kind of have the same rules as friendship does. Basically it would take a long time to get into a relationship with her. Before you get together you'd have to have known her already for a while, and you would have to have been really good friends. Or else she'd just brush you aside and continue on her way. I'm not saying that she's never had a relationship before, she has but they've just been flings. No real threads attached. But if you want to actually be with her and stay with her then you'd have work a bit for it.
